Understanding mechanisms with neuroimaging techniques
Overview
What is it in our brain that makes us too anxious? We combine various neuroimaging techniques such as 3T-fMRI/MRS, 7T-fMRI, and EEG to elucidate the mechanisms behind anxiety. We simulate ecologically-valid emotional scenarios during neuroimaging experiments to understand our genuine and intrinsic brain functions.
